Busabout and adidas have something in common – they both deliver to young people experiencing the rite of passage to adulthood. (If you’re in a similar market then read up on Deci and Ryan).
Bob analysed market rivals so we could move Busabout away from market generics. Then we ran 30 minute one-to-one deep listening sessions divided between those who’d experienced Busabout and those who were booked but hadn’t yet travelled. It’s important to remember that most people buy into anticipation, especially in travel. Using all of these insights we developed and delivered three new propositions.
